This premium extra virgin olive oil is made form Arbequina olives under exacting standards applied by the Siurana Regional Council. These tiny and sweet olives produce delightfully fruity light-flavored oil, which is great on green salads or just enjoyed on crusty bread. The olives are grown and the olive oil prepared in the rugged Pyrenees region close to the French border in Cataluña. The olive groves are located closer to the Mediterranean Sea than where most arbequina olives are grown in the neighboring province of Lleida region. The milder climate produces a gentler flavor.

Unique, Delicious Cheeses Delivered at Peak Perfection

The selection of unique artisan cheeses Capella offers for shipped delivery is outstanding! From gooey goats milk and beewax sealed Ape Regina from Italy to Castelinho from the Azores to a French/Swiss Alpine cheese tasting flight including Gruyere, Comte and L'etivaz... Everything looked so good that I couldn't stop clicking and putting treats in my online basket...so when my great big box of goodies arrived it was an embarrassment of riches. I had to invite friends over to help me enjoy it all and WE DID. It was all beautifully wrapped and at the perfect ripeness - seriously one of the best tasting parties I've ever had. What a treat to have some of the finest foods in the world delivered to my doorstep in rural Virginia. Capella is world-class. I highly recommend ordering from them if you love exotic, delicious cheese.
