The right tools can elevate the experience of preparing and eating cheese. The knife truly makes a difference - properly sliced cheese that maintains its structure will taste better and look better.  The knives and tools our cheesemongers use every day in the shop are available to our customers in an at-home format. We also have fondue and raclette tools, and of course, cheese boards of all sizes.
