 Capella, who we are so far and where we are going. 

We opened July 9th of 2022, so much has happened since. We have grown our selections and fine tuned our offerings, our facilities, and prepared our team. Now we are happy to announce that we are starting shipping nationwide. This is a big step for us. Our website team has been hard at work on this since we opened. We will start  with a smaller offering than we have in the store, but grow the selections in a short amount of time. It will be ever growing and constantly changing, as do the cheeses available in the shop. We will offer Spanish Iberico cured meats, a full range of condiments, and accompaniments - along with our house cracker selection. We have great olive oil, vinegar, and other savory specialty items. You can also get professional quality cheese tools from Boska, the same ones our mongers in our shop use. We will be constantly adding to the selections of offerings.

We are also now glad to announce that you can register for classes online as well as purchase gift cards that can be sent as gifts via email.

Capella is now taking form as the cheese shop the founders had envisioned it: great cheese and well chosen accompaniments, tasty treats of all kinds. We believe we have something for everyone. We invite you to checkout our new website and see what we have been up to!
