PIMENTO CHEESE DEVILED EGGS
Recipe thanks to Sweet Grass Dairy.
INGREDIENTS:
- 10 eggs
- 8 ounces of Sweet Grass Dairy Pimento Cheese
- 1⁄2 cup of Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
- Dash of Salt
- 3 pieces of Bacon (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel hard boiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove egg yolks and place in food processor, mix until finely ground.
- Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, and salt into a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise mixture into food processor and mix with yolks until smooth consistency.
- Fold pimento cheese into yolk mixture.
- Put mixture into a piping bag and fill egg whites.
- OPTIONAL STEP: Break pieces of cooked bacon and put them on top of the deviled eggs once finished.
