Made with organic cow’s milk on the outskirts of Bath England by Graham Paddington, Wyfe of Bath has a soft light caramel color, a firm rind and a nutty, creamy, buttery center. While its taste may change slightly with the seasons, it is always sweet and rich, and reminiscent of buttercup and summer meadows.
