Erborinato Sancarlo
This lovely blue cheese is produced from cow's milk from the province of Novara. It is a blue table cheese that recalls the great tradition of the Piedmontese blues, with an intense and slightly spicy taste. Goes well with spicy fruit mustard, red onion jam, rye bread and polenta. Pair with full-bodied and aged red wines, or sweet and fortified wines.
