Morbier AOP
After a lengthy hiatus Perrin Morbier AOP is back in the United States! This classic French AOP cheese is aged for a minimum of 70 days in the caves at Fromagerie Perrin. Perrin Morbier is made from raw cow’s milk collected both in the morning and the evening, separated by a layer of vegetable ash. Its flavor is complex, savory, brothy, and has grassy notes with a hint of buttercup.
