Red Sweet Piquillo Peppers
Red, small and sweet, these peppers are preserved dry so as not to dilute the intensity of the pepper recently removed from the fire. Piquillo peppers are traditionally grown in Northern Spain close to the town of Lodosa in Navarrd and harvested September to November. They are roasted according to traditional methods that lend to their unique flavor. They are tender and perfect to stuff with a variety of ingredients, from tuna to goat cheese.
