Our Pimento Cheese is a unique adaptation of the classic recipe which includes our very own Thomasville Tomme, mayonnaise, piquillo pepper, and pimentón from Spain. This Southern classic has a slightly spicy, smokey flavor and a creamy, spreadable texture.
