Our Dry-Cured Acorn-Fed Ibérico Salami has a delicious taste, with delicate nuances of natural spices and a slight hint of pepper. Produced from 100% Ibérico Bellota pigs rated by 300 small farmers dedicating their lives to raising the finest purebred, free-range, acorn-fed (“Bellota”) Ibérico pork. An excellent addition to any charcuterie or cheese board.
