Made by George Keen in Somerset England, from the milk of their own cows (farmstead). They have been making cheddar for 120 years on the same farm. A traditional farmhouse cheddar characterized by a densely rich and creamy texture, and layers of flavor that can range from savory and mustardy to juicy and bright, with a pleasing tang of acidity. We suggest grating Keen's Cheddar over pan-fried mushrooms on toast.
