Made with raw cow's milk, 100% natural, without additives or preservatives, and refined by their Master Artisan Cheesemaker and Master Artisan Cheese Tuner. Matured for more than 6 months, it is a cheese with an aged brown outer layer, a somewhat harder texture and evolved and intense flavor and aromas, with long persistence in the mouth.
