Tomme aux Fleurs
This striking cheese, Tomme aux Fleurs, is produced in Bavière (Germany) and made exclusively from grass fed milk. The cheese is coated with assorted edible flowers including: mallow, cornflower blossoms, marigold, safflower, strawberry leaves, rose petals, blue fenugreek (for a. hint of curry flavor), and a densely, creamy body. The cheese has notes of hazelnuts, butter and floral aroma. This is striking on a cheese plate and great with a floral sauvignon blanc wine.
