Tomme aux Fleurs
This striking cheese, Tomme aux Fleurs, is produced in Bavière (Germany), made exclusively from grass fed milk, then finished in the cellars at RLM in Tours France. The cheese is coated with assorted edible flowers including: mallow, cornflower blossoms, marigold, safflower, strawberry leaves, rose petals, blue fenugreek (for a. hint of curry flavor), and a densely, creamy body. The cheese has notes of hazelnuts, butter and floral aroma. This is striking on a cheese plate and great with a floral sauvignon blanc wine.
