I have grown tired of boring store bought cheeses, but no longer!
My first order of Capella arrived perfectly packaged, still very cold.
My first bite of some real Cheddar was so satisfying that I nearly ate the whole block I had bought. Finally, after years of dried out flavorless parmigiana, our pasta dishes taste so much better with the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. I am already thinking about what to order next.

This was my third time ordering from Capella. Sent a selection of cheeses, salami, crackers and jam as a thank you gift to our friends. Well, it was a hit again. They love it and I knew they would. I placed the order on a Monday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon it was delivered. It won’t be the last time I order. Thank you, Capella!

I made a mistake on my earlier review by hitting the wrong circle. SOVRANA di BUFALS is definitely 5 STAR!! It’s a great eating cheese with a softer taste and a similar texture to Cravero Parmesan. Try it…you won’t regret it. And as I said in the earlier review- it’s a great source of Calium which we all need and I can't think of a better tasting one.

Have not tried yet. Order process quick, description of product made the sale. Received in a timely manner. Shipping cost too much.

Very robust and full flavored. Goes great on baked zucchini, chicken pharm and my home made pizza.

I have finally found out how to enjoy my love for perfectly aged fresh cheese.

I’ve ordered Cravero Parmesan cheese online in the past and purchased it in retail boutique food markets. While shipping costs were high I also felt the cheese was worth it. Going online I saw capella cheese and saw they offered free shipping and so I called to ask about some other cheeses as well. The founder Raymond Hook answered the phone and was the nicest person. He advised me to get 2 one lb pieces wrapped separately as I explained I preferred the cheese to be softer and sliceable. He also recommended a wonderful cheese to try as this would also give me free 2 day dry ice shipping. I was blown away when I received my order. Unlike other establishments that precut one lb slices to reflect the one lb price each cheese was much more than a generous lb. The cheese was also the freshest I’ve ever had. Instead of a large rind with softer slice chunk each piece had a small rind and a thick slice. As I have to maintain high calcium intake I find myself breaking or cutting 1-2 ounce slices/chunks several times a day and continue to be amazed at how wonderful this cheese is. Especially as this is the first time I’ve experienced it so much softer than the usual grating firmness I usually bought. Within two weeks I was back to ordering more.

I have oredered multiple times cheeses from Capella and always they were delicious, perfectly packed and fast shipped.. what else can you ask ??? Just add bread and wine ;-)

I like the excitement of waiting for each month's cheese selections to be delivered. Always a variety of flavors. I have always been satisfied.

Great taste and ease of spreading. We use it on crackers, toast. baked chicken, and some veggies. It has sesible ingrediants for those concerned about their calorie and sugar intake! Long shelf life in the fridge.

I purchased the Cheese of the Month Club from Capella Cheese for Christmas this year and it has not disappointed!! Each month we receive three delicious cheeses along with a insert that describes each of the cheeses and their best pairings. With our first month, we received a book to record all the cheeses as we received them. The shipments have been timely and the communication on when they will be delivered has been flawless. 5 stars! If you like cheese, it's a must.

We are butter connoisseurs!! Have been searching to find an online or actual store in US that sells Rodolphe and/or Bordier that don't require to buy a box is challenging until I found this store. The Rodolphe butter is HEAVEN! We've haven't had a chance to try Bordier yet. It's been sold out every where. But I bet it's just as heavenly as Rodolphe. Shipment is FAST and shipping cost is very reasonable unlike ordering from Bordier US store in Calabasas (which they are sold out anyway). I highly recommend this store and can't wait for when we move back to Atlanta. All of those years living in Atl in early 2000s, I was aware there is such store there. Sigh. At least I can buy online and get the product in 2 days time.

My butter arrived promptly and well packaged. This is the best butter I have ever tasted, worth every penny!
