

This cheese is made in the heart of the Netherlands, the Gelderse Valley. The raw milk is produced by Jersey cows. who are known to have good milk production with a high protein content. In addition, the milk also contains more carotene. The end result is a very creamy cheese, which has a beautiful intense yellow color due to the carotene.
