Unio Siurana EVOO -1L
This premium extra virgin olive oil is made form Arbequina olives under exacting standards applied by the Siurana Regional Council. These tiny and sweet olives produce delightfully fruity light-flavored oil, which is great on green salads or just enjoyed on crusty bread. The olives are grown and the olive oil prepared in the rugged Pyrenees region close to the French border in Cataluña. The olive groves are located closer to the Mediterranean Sea than where most arbequina olives are grown in the neighboring province of Lleida region. The milder climate produces a gentler flavor.

I set up the Cheese of the month club as a birthday gift for someone. I was first planning on doing it for 3 months. But recipient loved it so much & said it is the best gift they ever received (their spouse is jealous they didn't think of it), we decided keep it going. Mainly because they are so special and do so much for us, but also because I know if we quit, their spouse would probably start it up and we couldn't do it again next year! LOL

I have to admit that I'm a TRUE cheese fan. I could never be a vegan because a life without cheese isn't worth it, in my opinion. I read reviews about Capella Cheese before making my first purchase and was not disappointed. This gruyere is the best I've ever had! It's the perfect balance of bold and delicate. It's definitely one for a true cheese connoisseur. I highly recommend it!

My first bite of some real Cheddar was so satisfying that I nearly ate the whole block I had bought. Finally, after years of dried out flavorless parmigiana, our pasta dishes taste so much better with the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. I am already thinking about what to order next.
This was my third time ordering from Capella. Sent a selection of cheeses, salami, crackers and jam as a thank you gift to our friends. Well, it was a hit again. They love it and I knew they would. I made a mistake on my earlier review by hitting the wrong circle. SOVRANA di BUFALS is definitely 5 STAR!! It’s a great eating cheese with a softer taste and a similar texture to Cravero Parmesan. Try it…you won’t regret it. And as I said in the earlier review- it’s a great source of Calium which we all need and I can't think of a better tasting one.
Have not tried yet. Order process quick, description of product made the sale. Received in a timely manner. Shipping cost too much.
