For my birthday we found Capella and they shipped, so I bought the Smokey Blue, the 1-year cheddar, the compte, the rocket robiola and the gruyere and they were all amazing, but the smokey blue took the cake. It was rich, flavorful and melted in your mouth. Definitely purchasing again!

Absolutely love this cheese! I’ve driven 3 hours before just to pick some up from a grocery store since it’s not distributed in my area. Found the only website that carries it since Rogue Creamery is currently out and bought a whole wedge! It’s superb in flavor and the bits of crunchy in the midst of the creamy really sets my taste buds off! Highly recommend this cheese to any blue cheese lovers!!!
