It has a bright mineral forward flavor. It has a soft fudgy texture, great for cheese boards, salads, and it melts well. Try it with Sancerre or a robust red wine.

Great cheeses

The cgeese usvalwaysbgreat. Though my most recent order had all thr ic3 packs melted and cgeese was warm to the touch. Im hoping i can use it all before it molds away. I recuev3d another order from a different suppluer in alaska that was still froxen.
