My wife literally said, "this is the best cheese I've ever had in my life." For my birthday we found Capella and they shipped, so I bought the Smokey Blue, the 1-year cheddar, the compte, the rocket robiola and the gruyere and they were all amazing, but the smokey blue took the cake.
