This cheese is amazing. The flavor is creamy, sweet, savory, nutty all at the same time. This is going to be my "go to" cheese. It's hard to stop eating it. Needs to be taken out of frig an hour before using to get the full amazing flavor. Will definitely buy again.
We like the great variety of great European cheeses and we have been a fan of Abbaye de Belloc cheese for many years. Elegant and smooth. Shipment was fast and packaging was safe. Products arrived as expected.

Last week I placed an order of cheeses, crackers, sausage, and Jelly. It was sent to our friends as a special gift. I was surprised and disappointed when Capella sent me an e-mail stating I would be getting a refund for crackers. I wish I would have known Capella didn’t have the crackers before I placed the order.
With so many different cheeses available this is a great way to taste and learn about varieties that we don’t see on our menu every day. With such expert selection this is a great way to taste some of the more unusual varieties and share them with family and friends.

From our first bite of this cheese, we were hooked. It has a complexity of taste, never before experienced. That initial reaction was at a fine dining restaurant in Virginia. When I gushed to the waiter, I was thrilled to find out it was a Georgia product. That made the cheese taste even better, if that was possible. Thanks for creating such a delicious product. It has inspired us to drive five hours down to Thomasville from Jasper to visit Capella Cheese in person. Now that's commitment!
Very good, strong cheddar flavor which is delicious. I am used to less expensive cheese but this is very high quality and tastes great!
