This salty firm cheese is meant for grilling. It is best on a char-grill or grill-pan as the grill marks add a nice flavor to the warmed cheese. It is great marinated, served with mustard, and served with grilled veggies. It can be used in salads, on sandwiches or on a cheese board.

This cheese is amazing. The flavor is creamy, sweet, savory, nutty all at the same time. This is going to be my "go to" cheese. It's hard to stop eating it. Needs to be taken out of frig an hour before using to get the full amazing flavor. Will definitely buy again.

Last week I placed an order of cheeses, crackers, sausage, and Jelly. It was sent to our friends as a special gift. I was surprised and disappointed when Capella sent me an e-mail stating I would be getting a refund for crackers. I wish I would have known Capella didn’t have the crackers before I placed the order.
