The authentic Iberian cheese with mixed milk (50% sheep, 35% cow and 15% goat) made in a classic way. Mild, pleasant and buttery taste, suitable for all audiences. The milk mixture is one in which ewe’s milk predominates, gives an ivory color, and has a soft elastic texture. It pairs very well with all kinds of wines, white, red and rose, and from dry to fruity sherries (Fino, Manzanilla and Amontillado). It is also great with Spanish cured meats.
