
A classic Gouda from Holland. Made from pasteurized, grass-grazed, Lacaune Sheep's milk and aged for 1 year at Kaasfort, Amsterdam. The cheese is made by a sister and brother team who also raise the sheep. It is milder than most sheep's milk gouda, but still very flavorful.
