Gave the husband Cheese of the Month club for Christmas, after listening to him bellyache how bland and tasteless grocery store offerings have been lately. We just got our first shipment. Divine! Oh my gosh, even with as sweet a tooth as I possess, I’d much rather be gomping down on these tasty, delicious pieces of heaven, with a dab of the fig spread they sent, than any sweet I can think off. Rich, savory, satisfying. I was a little hesitant because of the price, but the quality and enjoyment are well worth it. Looking forward to future monthly selections!
I stumbled upon this place when I was picking up my Thanksgiving catering from Fox Bros, and WOW. I got a small selection of cheeses and every single one was a winner. Truly felt like I was back in a European local cheese shop and I couldn’t go wrong. Decided to send one of their boxed sets as a Christmas gift to my fellow local cheese lover, and they are blown away as well. If you are a foodie or if you are looking to elevate an event, get your cheeses here.
I was very happy to find this organic manchego cheese! Seems to be a rare commodity. The cheese is aged but not dry. Delicious!

I am a member of the Classic Cheese of the Month Club at Capella. It is a great way to sample various cheeses...many that you may never have tried. Each cheese is accompanied by production, taste and flavor information. It even comes with a wine pairing. My first month included a Castelinhos, which quickly became one of my favorites. This month included an Iberica Mezcla, which also is now a favorite. If you love cheese, this is a great way to sample various cheeses from around the world.
I set up the Cheese of the month club as a birthday gift for someone. I was first planning on doing it for 3 months. But recipient loved it so much & said it is the best gift they ever received (their spouse is jealous they didn't think of it), we decided keep it going. Mainly because they are so special and do so much for us, but also because I know if we quit, their spouse would probably start it up and we couldn't do it again next year! LOL
