Fir honey with its deep red color and its thick texture is one of the best honeys produced by Greek Nature. This cheese is amazing. The flavor is creamy, sweet, savory, nutty all at the same time. This is going to be my "go to" cheese. It's hard to stop eating it. Needs to be taken out of frig an hour before using to get the full amazing flavor. Will definitely buy again.

Last week I placed an order of cheeses, crackers, sausage, and Jelly. It was sent to our friends as a special gift. I was surprised and disappointed when Capella sent me an e-mail stating I would be getting a refund for crackers. I wish I would have known Capella didn’t have the crackers before I placed the order.

When I gushed to the waiter, I was thrilled to find out it was a Georgia product. That made the cheese taste even better, if that was possible. Thanks for creating such a delicious product. It has inspired us to drive five hours down to Thomasville from Jasper to visit Capella Cheese in person. Now that's commitment!
