Twinkle Candle Light Fondue Set

I have been receiving shipments of cheese for the last several months and have enjoyed this immensely. The selections are always interesting, things I have not tried before and delicious. I've shared with my friends and family all of whom have enjoyed. Tonight we're hosting a dinner party and featuring the January selection on a charcuterie board. We enjoy the suggestions for wine pairings and the description of each of the cheeses each month. Thanks for a great product and service!

We have participated in several cheese of the month clubs. Capella Cheese of the month club is by far the best we have tried. The tasting notes provided and the attention to detail with respect to timely shipping, the tasting journal given and the wine suggestions put Capella Cheese Club way above the rest. Gave the husband Cheese of the Month club for Christmas, after listening to him bellyache how bland and tasteless grocery store offerings have been lately. We just got our first shipment. Divine! Oh my gosh, even with as sweet a tooth as I possess, I’d much rather be gomping down on these tasty, delicious pieces of heaven, with a dab of the fig spread they sent, than any sweet I can think off. Rich, savory, satisfying. I was a little hesitant because of the price, but the quality and enjoyment are well worth it. Looking forward to future monthly selections!

We loved the Artisan Gift Box!

I stumbled upon this place when I was picking up my Thanksgiving catering from Fox Bros, and WOW. I got a small selection of cheeses and every single one was a winner. Truly felt like I was back in a European local cheese shop and I couldn’t go wrong. Decided to send one of their boxed sets as a Christmas gift to my fellow local cheese lover, and they are blown away as well. If you are a foodie or if you are looking to elevate an event, get your cheeses here.

I was very happy to find this organic manchego cheese! Seems to be a rare commodity. The cheese is aged but not dry. Delicious!

We are loving our monthly cheese subscription. The entire family gets so excited each time it comes! The selections have been delicious and unique and we are hooked!!

I am a member of the Classic Cheese of the Month Club at Capella. It is a great way to sample various cheeses...many that you may never have tried. Each cheese is accompanied by production, taste and flavor information. It even comes with a wine pairing. My first month included a Castelinhos, which quickly became one of my favorites. This month included an Iberica Mezcla, which also is now a favorite. If you love cheese, this is a great way to sample various cheeses from around the world.

I set up the Cheese of the month club as a birthday gift for someone. I was first planning on doing it for 3 months. But recipient loved it so much & said it is the best gift they ever received (their spouse is jealous they didn't think of it), we decided keep it going. Mainly because they are so special and do so much for us, but also because I know if we quit, their spouse would probably start it up and we couldn't do it again next year! LOL

Goes good with my tap of La Trappe Quadtriple Ale!!
