My wife literally said, "this is the best cheese I've ever had in my life." We used to frequent a cheese shop when we lived up North and had a lot of different cheeses over the years but since we moved down to Georgia, we hadn't found a place for good cheese. For my birthday we found Capella and they shipped, so I bought the Smokey Blue, the 1-year cheddar, the compte, the rocket robiola and the gruyere and they were all amazing, but the smokey blue took the cake. It was rich, flavorful and melted in your mouth. Definitely purchasing again!

Absolutely love this cheese! I’ve driven 3 hours before just to pick some up from a grocery store since it’s not distributed in my area. Found the only website that carries it since Rogue Creamery is currently out and bought a whole wedge! It’s superb in flavor and the bits of crunchy in the midst of the creamy really sets my taste buds off! Highly recommend this cheese to any blue cheese lovers!!!

TheThomasville Tomme has a wonderful flavor and I love the room temperature texture. It was the first gone on my charcuterie board. Served all with a wonderful red blend from Oregon.

I stumbled upon the Capella website and found that they carry an amazing amount of different cheeses. I'm a big fan of blue cheese and they had multiple options. The Smokey Blue is delicious and I'm glad I bought it!

This cheese is delicious all by itself. It has a terrific creamy texture and the rind has a nice contrasting tanginess. Although delicious by itself, we enjoyed it with apples and sparkling water
