For my birthday we found Capella and they shipped, so I bought the Smokey Blue, the 1-year cheddar, the compte, the rocket robiola and the gruyere and they were all amazing, but the smokey blue took the cake. Absolutely love this cheese! I’ve driven 3 hours before just to pick some up from a grocery store since it’s not distributed in my area.
